Shipping policy

Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

As we deliver worldwide, changes to delivery times are dependent on each country's governance and customs policy. We appreciate your understanding and will continue to provide you with many adorable bags. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time:
Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Our manufacturer ships the orders and assigns a tracking number, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

Shipping time:
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse in China to your destination. International delivery takes approximately 7-21 days depending on the country and our average delivery time is 11 days.

Please note while we endeavour to deliver worldwide, there are countries to which we are currently unable to ship to.

What are the shipping rates?
We have free shipping on all orders worldwide. For added peace of mind, we offer insurance for if the product is damaged/lost/or stolen for only $3.99 USD.
